Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or any other completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
Experience

Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
