Job Description

Eric Gruscyk Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. at 268 Randall Street Oakville, Ontario is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative; for a salary of; $36.00 per hour for 35.0 hours per week.


Qualifications;
• Minimum of two years of Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) required
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Must be able to use Microsoft applications
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task, to learn quickly and to make presentations to potential customers
• Must have an Ontario Property & Casualty license
• Must have an Ontario Life Insurance license
• Completion of secondary (high) school is required
• Fluent in oral and written English is required

Job Duties
• Identifies, solicits, and sells insurance policies (auto, home, life, health) to new and existing clients.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Prepare forms, calculate premiums, and establish payment methods, enduring all documentation is completed.
• Follow up on claims, and handle policy renewals or adjustments.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Satisfy and live out our organizations core values.
• Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field.
