Salary: $18.00 - $20.50 / Hour for 32-40 Hours / Week

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of commercial cooking experience required
Personal Suitability: Initiative, team player, dependability, reliability, organized

Cuisine Specialties: Canadian, Italian cuisine
Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas.

Work Setting: Restaurant; urban area
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods in warm and sometimes noisy settings; Using sharp kitchen supplies and appliances; working with hot substances.
