Mander Interiors Inc. is currently hiring experienced Construction Workers to join our residential renovation team in Winnipeg. We have three full-time, permanent positions available. Work is performed on-site at various residential construction locations.

Work Environment:

On-site only (no remote work)
Residential construction projects
Dusty conditions
Physically demanding
Tight deadlines
Repetitive tasks

Duties

You will assist with a variety of residential construction tasks, including:

Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
Cleaning and organizing salvaged materials
Cleaning up job sites, including chemical spills and debris

This is hands-on physical work in a fast-paced construction environment.


Qualifications

Secondary (high school) graduation certificate
3 to less than 5 years of construction experience (residential preferred)
Valid driver’s licence
Own transportation
Steel-toed safety boots
Reliable, accurate, hardworking, and able to work well in a team

Position Details

Location: 7-305 F Madison Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3J 1H8 (various job sites)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
Wage: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Schedule: Day shifts, weekend work as required
Overtime: Overtime may be required and is available
Start date: As soon as possible
