Job Description:
• Manage, allot and supervise the work of farm workers, farm machine operators, and harvesting laborers
• Supervise, monitor, and impose actions to preserve crop well-being and growth.
• Making sure that farm workers follow all safety protocols while working
• Keeping quality control and production records up to date
• Making weekly schedules for all farm workers
• Knowledge of farm machinery and maintaining them in good condition
• Hire and train farm workers from time to time
• Order supplies as per need
• Some general farm duties

Skills and Requirements:
College certificate/specialized training in agriculture
