Job requirements
Languages : English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Personal Suitability: Positive attitude, Time management, Team player, Excellent oral communication

Specific Skills :
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the workshop (i.e. repairs, sales, customer service, marketing and administrative)
- Conduct market research and trends analysis to identify consumer demand, possible sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure parts for resale or servicing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to improve business revenue performance
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Evaluate and improve customer service and solve customer grievances
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development, and retention of workers
- Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and workers allocation for day-to-day operations
- Ensure timely delivery of services
- Identify workers that require ongoing training and implement training opportunities
- Ensure supplies are ordered for each job
